By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using any part of the LicenseTube website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. License Usage & Restrictions

All licenses purchased through LicenseTube are subject to the following conditions:

• Licenses are provided for legitimate use on servers you own or operate.
• Each license is valid for one server IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Unauthorized redistribution, cracking, reverse engineering, or reselling of licenses outside of our official reseller program is strictly prohibited.
• Licenses must not be used for any illegal activities.
• We reserve the right to revoke any license that violates these terms without refund.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities performed under your account are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payment & Billing

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Licenses are activated upon successful payment confirmation.
• Recurring licenses will be billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
• Failed payments may result in temporary license suspension.
• All sales are final and non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

5. Service Uptime & Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, our 99.9% uptime SLA applies to the LicenseTube licensing system itself. We are not responsible for:

• Downtimes caused by third-party software providers (cPanel, LiteSpeed, etc.).
• Issues arising from your server configuration or network.
• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the LicenseTube website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of LicenseTube or its licensors. The software licenses we sell are trademarks of their respective owners (cPanel LLC, LiteSpeed Technologies, CloudLinux Inc., etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

LicenseTube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms.
• Is harmful to other users or our business.
• Involves fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
